Cardiff Met: Centre of Entreprenuership

Cardiff Metropolitan University’s Centre of Entrepreneurship is a dedicated department for supporting and encouraging entrepreneurship amongst students and graduates. Running a wide range of activities throughout the academic year, they offer support and mentoring for any pre/post graduate who wants to start up their own business. The Centre of Entrepreneurship is the heart of business start-ups in Cardiff Met.

They approached us needing an identity that could appeal to both students and graduates, whilst primarily appealing to external businesses and investors. The challenge was creating something that could communicate with both demographics well. We reviewed the Cardiff Metropolitan brand values and guidelines, and came up with a number of concepts for them to choose from, all aligning with their original Cardiff Met brand.

Results

After developing and building an identity that works for both demographics, and aligns with their brand values, aims and visions, we executed the project by supplying Cardiff Met with a folder of assets that they could use accordingly moving forward.

• Full set of brand guidelines
• Brand assets (logos, fonts, images)
• Template files

Once creating the deliverables, we sent them over to Cardiff Met’s design team, who now use our folder of assets religiously whenever designing anything for the Centre of Entrepreneurship. The Centre itself is thriving more than ever before, and is becoming more recognisable and memorable everyday.
